Unfortunately I am out of town for the last two classes, but I would so love to do this! I hope this is a great success and that you will consider offering another one very soon. Thank you!
Do you know if anyone in the Medford or Klamath Falls Oregon area offers this class?
Hi Judy,
You can search for Restorative Exercise™ Specialists at http://www.restorativeexercise.com/our-program-graduates/
I am so intrigued about this, I was diagnosed with adenomyosis 5 years ago and since then have had 2 internal scans. I requested a copy of the last one because i now have suspected sciatica since Jan!! Except I don’t think it is sciatica, I think it’s the growth and my uterus causing leg and hip and calf pains. I wish there are these classes in the UK.
Hi Lee, There are ATMAT practitioners in the UK. You can search at the arvigotherapy.com website. You can also get the “Down There,” for Women APP. I always recommend doing these Restorative Exercises™ with uterine displacement, and hip, sacral or sciatic problems.
Will you be giving this class again? I live in Eugene and am glad to have found you. How is your work different than Tami Kent’s?
Hi Suzanne,
Yes, I will be teaching similar Restorative Exercise™ classes in the future, but I don’t have dates set at this time. Restorative Exercise™ was developed by Katy Bowman, biomechanist, and is based on natural movement for optimal function. Tami Kent’s work is intra-vaginal work for pelvic floor therapy. They are totally different, but complimentary.
I offer Skype appointments if you would like to get started with Restorative Exercise™ and have a personalized session.
